This product carries a limited lifetime warranty. If the hammer should break because of a manufacturing defect, return the tool to the place you purchased it or contact Midwest Tool.

This warranty does not cover any damage to the tool as a result of normal wear and tear due to faithful use, rust or wear due to neglect, over-striking causing dents in the handle, striking other hardened objects resulting in dents in the hammer head, using the side of the hammer for striking, damage due to accidents such as driving over the tool, altering the tool, signs of adding an extension to the tool.

If the tool is worn, has cracks or dents in the handle, chips, or dents on the hammer head, discard the tool to avoid an accident. Safety is a priority – always wear safety goggles and gloves!
